1. Donations

All donations made to Baitussalam Foundation are considered final and non-refundable. As a nonprofit organization, we rely on the generosity of our supporters to carry out our mission. 2. Event Registrations

a. Cancellation by Attendee:

  • If you need to cancel your registration for an event hosted by Baitussalam Foundation, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Refunds for event registrations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • In certain circumstances, we may offer the option to transfer your registration to another event or consider your registration fee as a donation to support our cause.

b. Event Cancellation:

  • In the event that Baitussalam Foundation cancels an event, registrants will be notified, and registration fees may be refunded in full.

3. Merchandise Sales

a. Returns:

  • We do not accept returns on merchandise unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.

b. Refunds:

  • Refunds for merchandise will be processed upon receipt of the returned item.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
